Located in the well-regarded urbanization Los Almendros in Salobreña, which is considered one of the ten most exclusive urbanizations in Spain. The nearest beach takes 12 minutes to walk and the nearest large supermarket, 7 minutes by car.

A spacious hall warmly welcomes us into the house on the entrance floor, here on the left you have a large living room with large windows for lots of light and wonderful views of the mountains. A wood-burning stove is in the middle of the room, to provide a comfortable indoor temperature during the cooler winter months. Here we also have an exit to one of the many terraces that the house has.
Adjacent to the living room we have a fully equipped kitchen, also with a lovely view of the mountains. From the kitchen there is also a staircase to the lower floor. Further on this floor we have a bathroom and a bedroom, this bedroom is currently used as an office.
Back to the hall and we go up to the upper floor, where directly on the left we have an exit to another large terrace. You can also reach that terrace from the bedroom, which is located next door. Next we have a bathroom and two more bedrooms, the latter bedroom has an exit to another terrace. From here you can see a small glimpse of the sea.
We go down to the lower floor, either via the stairs in the kitchen on the entrance floor or via stairs on the outside of the house on both sides. Here we find a large furnishable hall, which is currently used as an office and music room. There we have another bathroom and a bedroom, this bedroom is currently used as a dressing room and storage room.
Then follow two more bedrooms and, adjacent to them, a large fully equipped kitchen with an open plan to the living room with another wood-burning stove. The kitchen and living room have many windows for lots of light and from the kitchen, you also have fantastic views of the mountains. From here you reach another terrace, where there is also an outdoor kitchen.
Last but not least we have the large pool area, with plenty of space for lazy days in the sun loungers. There are also fruit trees and space for your own crops, as well as a toilet so you don't have to go into the house. Next to the pool area there is another entrance to the house, with lockable parking.
Salobreña has a subtropical climate and is located between Almuñécar and Motril, it takes just under 20 minutes in either direction to each town. Motril is a significantly larger city and there are more public services here, including a large hospital. To an 18-hole golf course, it only takes 12 minutes by car. To Malaga airport it takes just over an hour by car, there are also regular bus trips from Malaga to Salobreña. During the winter months, you only have an hour and a half drive to Granada and skiing in Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds.
