THE HOTEL The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces, a vegetable garden and a large swimming pool where large palm trees provide the necessary shade in the hot summer months. The hotel's atmosphere is typically Andalusian and Mediterranean through the use of earth tones, brick and wood. In 2019, the hotel underwent a major renovation. The interior has a rustic, elegant and stylish (modern) style. On the ground floor, there is a large hall with 2 toilets and a reception area. The spacious kitchen with pantry is fully equipped, as is the cosy restaurant with bar, wood-burning stove and French doors to the terrace. The restaurant works perfectly to complement the accommodation, and represents an important part of the income. The hotel has been in operation for 10 years and has a great reputation. All permits and licences are available. INSIDE In total, there are 11 double rooms of different types. Each stylish room has a private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. 7 Rooms are located in a separate building and have a private terrace with beautiful views. Each room has its own colour. In the main building are the remaining 4 rooms with solid wood doors and built-in wardrobes. One of the rooms is the double junior suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. This suite has a large private terrace overlooking the mountain landscape. All suites have a minibar and a tea and coffee station. All linen and bedding is included, so it requires no investment to operate. At the bottom of the hotel is a large room with an additional entrance from the garden, which could ideally be converted into a luxury spa. OUTSIDE The large private pool with outdoor shower has a beautiful panoramic terrace. There is a covered veranda next to the restaurant for alfresco lunches and dinners. There are also numerous Mediterranean trees, plants and flowers throughout the grounds with large lawns. GENERAL The private car park at the front of the hotel can accommodate 10 cars. The hotel is equipped with an electric generator, as well as a 10,000-litre water tank, in case of exceptional interruption of the public water supply. In short, the hotel is a MUST SEE and offers a lot if you love comfort, style, charm, nature and tranquillity and would like to generate additional income.
