There is a lovely 6.5 m x 3.5 m pool with beautiful views with an outbuilding in which there is an extra shower, toilet and plenty of storage space for pool maintenance or an extra fridge, for example. On the other side of the outbuilding are a 3.000 L rainwater tank and a central heating room. Upon entering, at the front of the Finca, you immediately notice the high ceilings and spacious layout. A large reception hall to which, apart from 1 bedroom, all rooms are connected. To the left of the hall is the spacious and cosy living room with fireplace and air conditioning, from where you will enjoy the phenomenal views of the hills and mountains. The kitchen is located centrally in the hall, which is fully equipped and from where you can go to the rear terrace through sliding doors. The rear terrace is spacious and surrounded by beautiful and, in summer, definitely cooling pine trees. From the hall you come straight across the bathroom with on either side a spacious bedroom, of which the master bedroom with air conditioning. A third bedroom is on the right. The entire floor is ground floor with the exception of the fourth bedroom with separate bathroom, which you reach by stairs one floor below. The Finca gets its water from its own private well and is stored in a 33,000 L water tank. Furthermore, the Finca has partial double glazing, shutters, screen doors/windows against flies and mosquitoes, built-in wardrobes, oil-fired central heating to stay nice and warm especially in sometimes cooler winter.
