Notable are the high ceilings with the typical rural beautiful wooden beams. From the living room you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace with jacuzzi and seating areas.
Furthermore, there are about 100 almond trees, 100 olive trees, a vineyard and some fruit trees such as: avocados, lemons, mangoes and oranges. In the lower part of the property there is a small old stone building and a private well.
There is an alarm system, TV and internet. Both houses can be used independently.
